Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and shipping box, including all cleaning cloths and authenticity certificates.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
